I realize that I’ve been ignoring you, my poor little blog. But just because I haven’t been here, doesn’t mean that I don’t love you. You started off as an experiment and I know that I get overwhelmed by the thought of posting something new each day but I’m going to do my best to get back updating you regularly.
I’ve been working very hard to get my Valentine’s day groove on and have been looking for something to decorate my entrance table. Nothing at Michaels, Joann’s or AC Moore seemed to fit the bill - everything seemed too glitzy or cartoonish. Then I started poking around Etsy and found these ADORABLE little blocks! I knew as soon as I saw them they belonged in my house. Aren’t they wonderful?? Countryside Saying’s Letter Block Shop at Etsy (link) has several different Valentine’s Day styles to choose from, and I just may have to go back and shop again for these blocks before St. Patrick’s Day.
I see Lara has an announcement on her shop that’s she will be closing soon due to the imminent arrival of her new little block maker - so get your shopping done soon!

Sayin Hi from SITS! Don't feel bad aobut not posting everyday, blogging is supposed to make you feel good, not guilty. As for Valentine's day - I must confess, I put out my reds and pinks after I put my Chirstmas stuff away. It helps me beat the after christmas blues. Pink tablerunner, Pink and red heart serving tray, and a bunch of red and pink sparkly votive candle holders and I'm all set. Love your blocks!
